This summer, I had the wonderful opportunity to return to La Porte Peinte, an inspiring international art center located in the medieval village of Noyers-Sur-Serein. I spent a month there, engaging in creative exploration. This was my second residency at this enchanting place, which is celebrated as one of the most beautiful villages in France. La Porte Peinte is nestled within an ancient half-timbered building, situated on the village square, resembling a scene straight out of a fairy tale—an environment that sparks endless inspiration.
The center offers a nurturing space for artists, producers, musicians, and writers alike, fostering a vibrant atmosphere for exchange and creativity. I was profoundly drawn to everything about this artistic haven—the creative process, daily life, and the captivating charm of the village itself.
My inspiration for this series of works stems from several key elements within the center, as well as scenic spots around the village that caught my attention. I translated these inspirations into six oil paintings, each reflecting places I have admired and deeply remembered from my past travels. Together, these six paintings form twelve pieces—six pairs—that engage in a dialogue, sharing different facets of beauty and cherished memories.
These artworks are more than mere representations; they are a conversation across space and time, inviting viewers to explore the soul of this fairy tale village and the memories embedded within my heart.
今年夏天，我有幸再次來到位於努瓦耶敘塞蘭的 La Porte Peinte，一個充滿魅力的國際藝術中心，進行為期一個月的駐留創作。這是我第二次來到這個令人心醉的中世紀村莊，這裡被譽為法國最美麗的百個村莊之一。La Porte Peinte坐落於一座古老的半木造建築中，依偎在村莊的廣場上，宛如童話故事中的場景，為我的創作帶來了無限靈感。

我的此次創作靈感來源於中心內部的幾個重要元素，以及我在村莊中留意到的其他風景與細節。這些靈感最終融入了六幅油畫中，這些作品反映了我過往旅行中所欣賞並留下深刻印象的地方，形成了一種跨越空間與時間的對話。整個系列共包含12幅油畫，分為六對相互呼應、互相對話的作品，每一對都展現了不同的魅力與精彩的記憶。
這些作品不僅是我的創作記錄，更是一場穿越時空的藝術對話，邀請觀者一同探索童話村落的靈魂與我內心深處的回憶。
